EXCEL C-2200 HEAVY DUTY VERTICAL TRACK

This thick walled reversible track is extruded from aluminum and then anodized to keep it looking good for years to come. Celon plastic self-aligning wheeled carriers ride on built-in tracks and are spaced smoothly and uniformly with a flexible acetyl plastic scissor system. Celon plastic planetary-geared operating controls are recessed for a cleaner custom fit and minimal light seepage. Tracks are available with both the standard cord and chain control system, or with the new “all in one” control operating system (certain size limitations may apply).  Fabric and PVC vane choices are limitless, with a selection to compliment any type of room decor. Product specifications

1. Head channel shall be a one-piece 6063-T5 primary extrusion with a clear anodized finish. Wall thickness shall be .045 +- .006. Dimensions are 1 15/16”w. x 1 5/16”h.
2. Traversing is accomplished by a lead carrier and activated by a cord and free wheel pulley system. Optional wand control is available. Traversing is available either one way or two way draw.
3. Rotation mechanism is a planetary gear system and is activated by a #10 nickel-plated bead chain. Optional wand rotation is available. Extruded aluminum pinion rod spans from drive end to idle end, upon chain being drawn rotation force is transferred from the gear assembly to each carrier actuating louvers to turn a full 180 degrees.
4. Carriers are 1 3/4”w. and traverse on celon acetyl plastic wheels.  Carriers have a detachable, plastic stem centered in carrier unit to secure louver. Carriers shell have self-aligning feature, providing a means of realignment for out of sync carriers and louvers by drawing rotation mechanism chain up to a full 180 degrees and so re-engaging carriers. Optional Auto-rotate Guard feature with basic carrier may be ordered in lieu of self-alignment carrier.
5. Louver spacing is available in both 2” and 3 1/2” widths. A flexible acetyl plastic scissor system spaces and stabilizes each carrier by passing smoothly between special stabilized guides. System is designed to equally space louvers and minimize the draw force required to traverse the louvers.
6. Louvers will rotate 180 degrees and when traversed stack into approximately 7/16” per louver. Louvers in widths of 3 1/2” and 2” when rotated will overlap approximately 3/8”.
7. Lover style choices shall be available in 3 1/2” widths in both f.r. and non-f.r. fabrics, PVC and aluminum. 2” widths are limited to PVC vanes only.
8. Size limitations: maximum width is 181”, maximum length is 120”
9. Installation brackets are available for both inside and outside mounting. Snapping spring-loaded bracket into both T extrusion and extruded groove in back of channel facilitates installation. Brackets are heat-treated, zinc-plated steel and are designed to support the weight of the vertical blind plus the forces to operate them.
