26, 2001 - Bush Hog, LLC announced plans for the
construction a 330,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in
Jonesborough, Tennessee.
Construction began in early March 2001 and
was operational by Spring/Summer 2002.
Today the facility is still growing.
The new facility manufactures all Bush Hog
and Great Bend Manufacturing Company front-end loaders, and the
complete line of Bush Hog Zero-Turn Mowers.
Washington County, Tennessee -
Bush Hog LLC, invested $25
million and hired 450 for its farm machinery manufacturing plant.
Expected to employ more than 450 people
when fully operational, the facility will include research and
development, manufacturing, sales, distribution and customer
service.
Construction began in early March 2001 and was
operational by Spring/Summer 2002.
